Weightlifting caters for any skill from beginner to advance. Everyone is welcome to join the friendly club to compete, develop skills or start from scratch and learn something new. The club compete in local and national competitions throughout the year and continuously bring home success stories.

Training includes opportunities to lift twice a week in our newly refurbished S&C gym!

Training Times & Venues                        

Limited Indoor Club Activity is restarting at Northumbria w/c 17th May. This will be in line with Government and University guidance and may be subject to change. All FREE sessions will be bookable via the Northumbria Sport App or Website. You must book via the app in order to attend.
