The Ultimate Frisbee club at Northumbria are a friendly and welcoming club. The sport itself is a fun, fast-paced and competitive sport with one team competing in the BUCS Outdoor Ultimate leagues and an additional setup for casual/local team match play. The team train at Sport Central and play all their fixtures out at Coach Lane on the 3G or grass pitches with sessions often mixed gender.
On top of all the fun you will have on the pitch, you will enjoy a variety of social events organised by the club making it the perfect opportunity to play the sport you love while having a great time and making new friends.
Ultimate club memberships available in 2025/26:
COMPETE Ultimate - £150 per person
Regular training times:
Mondays 17:30-19:00 - Coach Lane Sports Hall (Indoor)
Fridays 20:30-22:00 - Coach Lane ATP Pitch 2 (Outdoor)
Saturdays 15:30-17:00 - Coach Lane 3G Pitch 3 (Outdoor)
Includes BUCS Outdoor team entry - fixtures typically take place on Wednesdays
Opportunity to compete in Indoor tournaments through self-funding
Spaces are available to join COMPETE Ultimate in January 2026 at a reduced price of £75. Come along to the Just TRY sessions on Monday 26th January 17:30-19:00 or Friday 30th January 20:30-22:00. Contact the Club Committee now via email or instagram for more information.
