Gaelic football is a sport that originated in Ireland and is now played as an amateur sport across the world. Gaelic football is a new sport this year at Northumbria. There are many options to get involved with us! Whether it be playing competitively or just coming along for the fun, their is room for everyone no matter your ability or experience.

No previous experience is needed as all skills will be taught during training sessions.

On top of the fun of competing and training, you can enjoy a variety of social events organised by our social committee.

Big Week of Sport

We will be running the following 'Taster' sessions for Gaelic Football, following on from our Sports Fair on Wednesday 27th September. Please note that these sessions are free to attend, aimed to let you try the sport before committing to a membership, or to attend a selection for one of our BUCS teams: 

Taster: Saturday 7 October - 11:00 - 12:30 (Coach Lane, Pitch 3)
