Weightlifting caters for any skill from beginner to advance. Everyone is welcome to join the friendly club to compete, develop skills or start from scratch and learn something new. The club compete in local and national competitions throughout the year and continuously bring home success stories.

Training includes opportunities to lift three times a week in our newly refurbished S&C gym!

Wednesdays 16:00-18:00, Fridays 19:00-20:30, Sundays 10:00-12:00  - S&C Suite Sport Central

This membership offers regular coached sessions for students interested in gaining Weightlifting skills without the competitive element.
