Here at Northumbria Sport we are introducing a new scheme called 'Gym Buddy'. The aim of this scheme is to help our members become more familiar with the gym and our classes at Sport Central.
Not sure about how to get round our facilities?
Our gym buddies can help you find your way round, they can meet you at the front desk and show you the way to go.
Not sure about how to use the equipment in the gym?
Our gym buddies can give you a helping hand with the equipment and teach you the basics to help get you going on your fitness journey.
Feeling nervous or anxious about the gym or class?
Our gyms buddies are here to make sure your time at Sport Central is the best it can be. They want you to enjoy the centre as much as they do.
Our 'Gym Buddies' will be located around Sport Central, you'll be able to find them in the gym and in our classes, look out for the T-Shirts!
