The Sport Central Fitness Centre has been the facility's most popular area since opening in 2010.

What's on the gym floor.

• Strength machines | Strength range that includes electronic rep counters, user friendly adjustment points, exercise placards, function-specific handles and machines that have been researched to encourage more natural movements.
• Dedicated free-weights area | 6 half racks with lifting platforms, bars, plates, dumbbells, adjustable benches to provide members with all the best equipment for dedicating their training to Strength and Conditioning.
• HIIT cardio range | This hugely popular area within the fitness industry will be enhanced even more with the introduction of the S-Drive and S-Force Performance Trainers. These trainers take HIIT training to the next level and will provide a new experience to our group training classes.
• Cardiovascular range | 7xi – connected technology consoles on each piece of cardio machine will allow members to stay connected to a range of virtual coaching, entertainment, social media and data apps, whilst benefiting from a cardiovascular workout that is safe, comfortable and adapts to your goals..
• MX4 Group Training area | The installation of 2 Connexus wall mounted rigs provide the basis for our fitness instructors to lead group exercise classes. Your functional space just got bigger!

Quiet Hours

We run quiet hours in our fitness suite to help assist those who may struggle with the increased music levels in the gym. These times are as followed below: 

Wednesday: 10:00 - 12:00 

Saturday: 15:00 - 16:00 

Sunday: 15:00 - 16:00

1. Refer to terms and conditions here 
2. Complete a Membership Cancellation Form
3. On receipt of the form, we will then cancel you membership and monies will be refunded to the account used in the initial transaction within 28 days.
