A TYPICAL DAY AT SPORTS CAMP

In the morning children can be dropped off from 08:30 – 09:00 where they will need to be signed-in.

The morning sessions run from 09:00 until 12:00, with a 30minute break around 10.30 to either rest, have a snack or enjoy some free-play. In the mornings children will meet the coaches and other children, play warm up games and take part in the first few sports of the day.

Lunch is from 12:00-12:30 every day. Everyone will have time to eat their food and have some time to rest. All lunches are supervised by Northumbria staff. There are also vending machines that  children can be taken to at lunch time to purchase extra snacks if you wish to give them any pocket money.

The afternoon session will include sports up until 16:30, with a break around 15:00, with a different sport being offered each 45/60mins. From 16:30 there will be some fun cool down games and activities.
