Did you know we offer Sports Massages at Northumbria Sport? Our qualified Sports Massage Therapists are on hand to help you unwind and recover.
We also offer Cupping Therapy. Cupping Therapy can be used to treat lack of mobility, tight muscles and help release trigger points. It also imporves blood circulation and decreases toxins in the body.
We offer individual bookings as well as block bookings of 10 or 20 sessions.
