Personal Training is a great way to help motivation and help you focus on your fitness goals. You can buy Personal Training either as a member or non-member and individual sessions or blocks!

Single Session 1/2 hour - £30

Block Booking (10 sessions) - £200
Block Booking (20 sessions) - £300

Non-members

I have been both over weight and slightly under weight in my life, so I know the struggle that we need to go through in order to achieve fitness goals. There is no better feeling than seeing the results that you have worked so hard for. I have 5 years' experience in the health & fitness industry working for high end leisure centres, helping people achieve their goals & train hard. I have over 10,000 hours experience teaching a wide range of classes and coaching. I take time outside of work to upskill myself & keep up to date with the latest information in fitness. As well as this I have an extensive knowledge of hypertrophy training & functional fitness from the learning
have done over my 5 years in the industry.

John Welch

Why train with me?

In my previous employment I helped hundreds of people of all abilities and backgrounds lose weight and transform their lives. While there, I developed an interest in helping those with dysfunction or injuries. Having recently gone through a major injury I know how daunting getting back into exercise can be, a traditional workout might not work right 
now... I can help, with out of the box thinking to keep you moving throughout recovery, or just for fun.
