Why train with me?

As a personal trainer/fitness instructor I am dedicated to helping people. It is important to me to help others feel confident in every aspect of their life, both mentally and physically. I strive to give each and every one of my clients the very best experience, ensuring every session is motivational, enjoyable and first and foremost educational. Taking a holistic approach I endeavour to provide each of my clients with a bespoke service catering to their individual lifestyle and desired goals. From me you can expect; Consistency, encouragement, understanding and above all else, a positive outlook and service with a smile.

Why train with me?

I am a positive person and don’t believe personal training should be taken too seriously. Although I am dedicated to achieving results I provide a fun yet consistent approach with training and support.

As an ex amateur athlete in the discus throw with England qualifier status I am a highly motivated and well-disciplined trainer driven by goals. I enjoy working with a range of different people with different goals.

I’ve been working here at sport central since the day it opened, so with over 7 years experience I’ve dealt with a wide range of clients of different ages, goals and backgrounds.

My strongest attribute is tailoring programs and sessions to efficiently meet clients goals whether it’s to increase strength, lose weight or improve stamina.

Since making the decision 4 years ago to follow my passion for fitness and pursue it as a career, I have never looked back. I've always felt at home in the gym and helping other people gain the same confidence I have whilst trying out a wide range of new exercise techniques.

Why train with me?

I started in the fitness industry in 2012 as a Fitness Motivator. Since completing my personal training course this allows me to offer specific 1-1 or small group training. I've worked with a wide range of clients, all of different ages and abilities. My experienced gained in adapting my training methods to meet the required needs of my client has really helped me become a successful trainer.
