The Northumbria University Football programme is ranked number one in the North of England. The women’s programme compete in the BUCS Premier North and have both reached championship finals in recent years, whilst the mens team currently play in Northern 1A.
The well-established men’s programme attracts ex professional and academy player, whilst the women’s team consists of talented player from Middleborough, Sunderland and Newcastle United Football Clubs.
