T&Cs for Northumbria Sport Survey 2025 – Prize Draw.
Only one entry per person is allowed into the prize draw.
Entries will only be accepted if you complete the survey in full and include your email address when requested to enter the prize draw.
Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
All entries will be collected and assigned a unique ID number with winners chosen at random.
Winners will be chosen by random draw and contacted after the survey has closed (April 2025).
The prize draw prizes include: 10 x £50 Eldon Square vouchers
The closing date for the prize draw is 31st March 2025.
Prizes won cannot be altered or exchanged for a cash prize.
Northumbria University have the final say in who is eligible to enter and who wins.
Prize draw is for Northumbria students only.
Northumbria University’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase necessary.
If you win, we will notify you via email by 30th April 2025. If you do not respond within 7 days of being notified, you will forfeit your prize and Northumbria University reserves the right to choose another winner. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize for the winner will not be transferable to another person.
No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
This competition is being run by Northumbria Sport, Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8ST.

Northumbria University reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Northumbria University may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this, we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on this T&Cs information page.
Northumbria University will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the closing date of the prize draw but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
The prize draw is governed by English law.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed these Terms and Conditions upon entry.
Northumbria University reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these T’s and C’s.
