In order to make a booking you will to first make an enquiry using our enquiry form which can be found here

Once we have recieved your enquiry we will work through in order to help your event become a success. 

Should you find yourself struggling to find providers for things such as catering, security and production setup, we have a number of preferred suppliers whom we have worked with in the past who know how to create an amazing event. 

Catering

Chartswells Catering: Chartswells supply a first class catering experience. They apply an approriate style and a degree of sophistication that is relevant for every occasion. The expertise from their senior chef team and top class front of house managers are unrivalied. They work with the team in order to create an experience for everyone to enjoy. They can cater for all occasions.

Accomodation:

Venues at Northumbria: Northumbria University is able to offer a range of accomodation options, from en suite to budget friendly options. All of the residences are within an easy reach of Sport Central and Newcastle City Centre. Guests have access to a shared kitchen/living room, alternatively, catering can be arranged in one of the campus outlets.

Security: 

SHOWSEC Crowd Management: Showsec are the best in class when it comes to security, their effective mangement skills are able to handle all kinds of events and occasions. All of their staff are SIA licensed and are all trained to the highest standard, ensuring you have a safe and enjoyable event. 

Production Setup (i.e staging, sound and visual effects) 

R&B Group Event Production: The RB Group are an award winning event production supplier based in Newcastle. They are able to provide multiple services such as event production, creative design, set design, and event broadcasting ensuring that both clients and customers enjoy the event. There service is able to take away from stress of organising the production aspect of the event, so you can focus on providing the full service to your clients. 

Additional Seating: 

We are able to provide our own seating however if you are looking for something on a larger scale than we can provide our preferred supplier is 

Fletcher Marquees: Fletchers Marquees have been a supplier to the events industry for over 30 years now. They are fast and functional whilst on site ensuring you have sufficient time before the event for preparation.
