Northumbria Sport are working with Student Minds to create a Mental Health awareness campaign running Monday 27th February to Friday 3rd March. Did you know 20% of those in higher education are experiencing a mental health problem?
We want you to BE ACTIVE, whether you are being physically active or are actively talking about Mental Health, to help create awareness. We have a range of activities going on throughout the week for you to get involved in!

Come and see us in the Quad 12-2pm to tell us your reasons why activity/sport helps your mental health. We also have some freebie to give away including our stressballs!
