Our Social Sport programme is a great way to meet new people and have some fun! Whether you are a complete beginner or you are looking at a way to keep active, Social Sport is the perfect programme for you. Our relaxed and flexible environment means Social Sport can fit easily into your schedule whilst giving you the freedom to try a range of different activities.
You will need to book on to all Social Sport sessions via the Northumbria Sport App!

Strava Running Community:
Enjoy running? Never ran before? Don't worry our Strava running group is open to all ablities and is a great way for students to be part of a community whilst keeping active.
Look out for different challenges uploaded every Wednesday and Saturday. Students are also encouraged to upload their own runs and support other students by giving them kudos.
