Adults with Learning Disabilities
In partnership with LD:North East, the Foundation is providing a range of fun and active sessions for adults with learning disabilities. These sessions are to provide opportunities for the participants to try new sports and activities, supporting their overall physical and mental wellbeing.
These sessions are free and are open to those with a learning disability and any friends, family, support workers or carers who wish to participate too.
Weekly sessions run on Mondays 11:00 - 12:00 at Sport Central.
