Why train with me?

I am a positive person and don’t believe personal training should be taken too seriously. Although I am dedicated to achieving results I provide a fun yet consistent approach with training and support.

I have been both over weight and slightly under weight in my life, so I know the struggle that we need to go through in order to achieve fitness goals. Since making the decision 4 years ago to follow my passion for fitness and pursue it as a career, I have never looked back. I've always felt at home in the gym and helping other people gain the same confidence I have whilst trying out a wide range of new exercise techniques.

Why train with me?

I started in the fitness industry in 2012 as a Fitness Motivator. Since completing my personal training course this allows me to offer specific 1-1 or small group training. I've worked with a wide range of clients, all of different ages and abilities. My experienced gained in adapting my training methods to meet the required needs of my client has really helped me become a successful trainer.
